Fundación Terra held the graduation of the third generation of its Young Leaders program, an initiative designed to strengthen leadership skills and promote the participation of new generations in the development of Central America.

In this edition, 70 young people from Honduras, Guatemala, and El Salvador successfully completed the program, joining a regional community of 190 Young Leaders trained since the initiative began.

Participants between the ages of 19 and 30 were selected through applications, referrals from strategic partners, and individual interviews that considered their leadership experience and participation in different settings.

During four months of training, participants developed skills in leadership, communication, teamwork, negotiation, strategic thinking, and innovation. They also learned about the role of different stakeholders in national development and gained tools for decision-making.

As part of the closing activities, participants designed and presented business projects with social impact focused on education, the environment, mental health, community development, and other regional challenges.

By completing this third generation, Fundación Terra reaffirms its commitment to the development of youth leadership in Central America.
