Fundación Terra and FEDECÁMARA signed a Cooperation Agreement under the Fundación Terra Te Impulsa program to strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem, support the development of MSMEs, and create new employment opportunities for Honduran youth.

The agreement was signed by Mariel Rivera, Executive Director of Fundación Terra, and Manuel Hernández, President of FEDECÁMARA. The partnership will use technology, training, and business connections to expand opportunities for growth in the country.

Under the agreement, Fundación Terra will provide in-kind seed capital to the winning startups of the Fundación Terra Te Impulsa–FEDECÁMARA Award, while FEDECÁMARA will deliver training in technical, business, and institutional areas to strengthen and consolidate their projects.

The partnership will also connect startups from the Hub 504 platform with Fundación Terra Te Impulsa.

In the employability component, young participants will be able to join the Emplea Más platform and access training focused on soft, technical, and workplace skills.

The initiative will benefit technology entrepreneurs nationwide and young people participating in Fundación Terra Te Impulsa–Employability in Tegucigalpa and San Pedro Sula.

Through this agreement, both organizations reaffirm their commitment to sustainable development, innovation, and opportunity creation for Honduran youth.
