Fundación Terra and Glasswing International Honduras join forces to train young leaders from the Central American region.
Fundación Terra and Glasswing Honduras have established a strategic alliance with the objective of empowering young leaders who are part of the "Young Leaders in Service of Fundación Terra" and "Glasswing Young Leaders of Impact" programs. This collaboration primarily focuses on the comprehensive development of young people, equipping them with both employment and life skills.
This alliance reaffirms the commitment to the Partnership for Central America (PCA) in support of the Central American Service Corps (CASC). By working together, they aim to meet the goals of CASC, creating more opportunities for young Hondurans and strengthening collaborative ties in the region.
Under this partnership, more than 100 young people will be connected to the Terra te Impulsa platform, and over 60 of them will receive mentorship to enhance their employability, education, volunteerism, and entrepreneurship skills. Through formative activities, training sessions, and mentorship, the goal is to foster the personal and professional growth of these emerging leaders.
Fredy Nasser, Executive President of Fundación Terra, stated: "We thank Glasswing for their trust. At Fundación Terra, we not only promote comprehensive education and the transmission of ethical and moral values, but we also believe in the power of soft skills, which not only strengthen résumés but also build the character and resilience of our young leaders."
The signing event was attended by Diego Gutiérrez, Country Director of Glasswing International Honduras, and Celina de Sola, Co-founder and President. Mariel Rivera, Executive Director of Fundación Terra, and Fredy Nasser, Executive President of Fundación Terra, were also present.
