Fundación Terra is proud to announce the delivery of Premio Terra te Impulsa para capital semilla, totaling L 595,000, distributed among winning entrepreneurs from their strategic allies Voces Vitales, Trips4Business, and Mujeres&Negocios. This recognition highlights the effort and dedication of women and men entrepreneurs in three different training processes, each in partnership with leading organizations in the fields of entrepreneurship and human development.

This initiative demonstrates the ongoing commitment of Fundación Terra and its allies to the comprehensive development of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the region, providing not only financial resources but also valuable knowledge and a support network to women who are transforming their communities through innovative and sustainable initiatives.

Premio Terra te Impulsa with Voces Vitales for entrepreneurs from the WE3A program: Empowering Businesswomen in Latin America The WE3A program, inspired by the pillars: aspire, activate, and accelerate, has impacted entrepreneurs in six Latin American countries: Honduras, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, and Guyana. Through this program, world-class training and access to resources, networks, and development opportunities have been provided. With 130 applications received, 71 ventures were selected, of which 67 completed the program and presented their elevator pitch. Fifteen business initiatives were selected to strengthen with seed capital, distributing a total of L 255,000 among the winners.

Premio Terra te Impulsa with Voces Vitales - Apprentice 2023: Recognizing the Tireless Spirit of Women Entrepreneurs The Terra Drives You Award-Apprentice 2023 seeks to highlight the hard work and resilience of women entrepreneurs who, despite challenges, have managed to grow and innovate over the years. With 113 applications received, 29 participants completed the training program. Twelve business initiatives were selected to strengthen with seed capital, distributing a total of L 240,000 among the winners to continue their impactful work and contribute to the motto #WomenTransformingHonduras.

Premio Terra te Impulsa in conjunction with Trips4Business and Mujeres&Negocios: Diploma in Entrepreneurship and Human Development In collaboration with Trips4Business and Mujeres&Negocios, this award focused on providing a formal teaching model with an agile approach. With 180 applications, 31 participants completed the program, and 15 presented an elevator pitch. Five business initiatives were selected to strengthen with seed capital, distributing a total of L 100,000 among the winners.
