Fundación Terra, in collaboration with Bazar del Sábado and UNITEC's HUB, has awarded L250,000 and 2 digital kits to 22 entrepreneurs through the Terra te Impulsa Award for seed capital.

With the aim of promoting the growth and strengthening of participating businesses, developing their business capabilities, and fostering digital transformation in Honduras, the "Boost Your Business" diploma was developed over three months of intensive training. Participants acquired knowledge and strategies in crucial areas such as strategic planning, digital tools and platforms, digital marketing, and finance.

A total of 152 applications were received from entrepreneurs eager to improve their businesses and adopt digital strategies. Of these, 82 successfully completed the training process, and 50 of them presented their pitch to a jury composed of experts in the business field.

A total of 22 companies located in Tegucigalpa and San Pedro Sula were selected and strengthened, with 20 receiving seed capital and 2 receiving digital kits consisting of a laptop with their respective Microsoft licenses. These winners stood out for their innovation, effective incorporation of digital marketing strategies, the viability of their ventures, and their communication skills. Their business models proved to be sustainable and with great growth potential.

The prize distribution for each city is as follows:

First place: L 25,000 Second place: L 20,000 Third place: L 15,000 Fourth to tenth place: L 10,000 Eleventh to twelfth place: A laptop with their respective Microsoft licenses.
