24 entrepreneurs receive seed capital through Fundación Terra's program Terra te Impulsa

Fundación and its program "Terra Te Impulsa," in collaboration with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) through the project "Transformando Sistemas de Mercado" and Impact Hub Tegucigalpa, continue to strengthen small entrepreneurs through the "Ruta de Dinamización" (Dynamization Route), an initiative aimed at empowering entrepreneurs from the "Terra Te Impulsa" program with the goal of fostering growth and business opportunities and expanding their market.

As a further step in the Dynamization Route and as a follow-up to the training process, the "Entrepreneurial Gallery" is organized, where 24 outstanding entrepreneurs presented and exhibited their products. They had access to networking opportunities with investors and mentors, enhancing the generation of new business opportunities, and became recipients of seed capital through the Terra Te Impulsa Award.

These 24 entrepreneurs were selected from among 130 participants who started the Route, with a judging panel basing their decisions on criteria such as the impact of their entrepreneurship, innovation, market management, and business model. During the Entrepreneurial Gallery, the 24 finalists presented their businesses and their growth expectations.

In the initial phase of the Dynamization Route, entrepreneurs attended technical and practical workshops to strengthen areas such as innovation, business model, product development, branding, value chains, operations, finances, labor incentives, and access to connections with national and international markets.

Foundation Terra, through its Terra Te Impulsa program, awards $2,000 in seed capital to the 12 winning ventures that demonstrated progress in their business plans. Similarly, the other 12 entrepreneurs received a prize of $1,000, which they can use to continue developing their businesses.
