Closing ceremony of the first graduating class of the Terra Connects Foundation Master Program

Over this time, we have successfully impacted the lives of thousands of children, youth, and families through our various programs and projects aimed at promoting educational development in Honduras. The involvement of teachers, school principals, and district authorities, with whom the programs are coordinated, is of great value and importance. We recognize that without their support, we could not make a meaningful impact on the lives of the thousands of students participating in the programs.

Aware that the pandemic caught us without technological tools, digital attention strategies, and often without the necessary skills and competencies at all levels to face the challenge of virtual education in the national education system, we created a space for teachers: the digital platform "Fundación Terra te Conecta." This platform not only provides academic content for students but also offers a space for teacher training in topics such as the Use of ICT, innovation in the classroom, continuous learning, and computational thinking and robotics. These technological contents empower teachers in virtual teaching.

Today, we are pleased to celebrate the conclusion of this teacher training program. Over three months, participants worked hard and persevered to complete the modules despite the difficulties encountered along the way
