Within the framework of the 2022 Summit of the Americas, Fundación Terra along with nine companies and organizations joins the Partnership for Central America (PCA), which is an independent organization created in support of the Call to Action announced by Vice President Kamala Harris in May 2021 together with the Department of State and USAID,  this initiative recognizes the importance of the role of the private sector in addressing the root causes of migration in Honduras, Guatemala and El Salvador; calling on businesses and social organizations to make significant commitments in promoting economic opportunities for these countries.

The call to action's six focus areas aim to support the region's long-term development, which include: promoting a pro-democracy reform agenda; digital and financial inclusion; food security and climate-smart agriculture; climate adaptation and clean energy; education and workforce development and access to public health.
